Arthouse Film and Video Festival & LOTS MORE!

My three commercials for "The System" made it into the Arthouse Film and Video Festival! If you're going to be in Tampa on Friday, come check it out!

Also that Friday, check out the USF 33rd Annual Juried Student Art Exhibit at the Centre Gallery in the Marshall Center. My illustrated manual for "The System" will be available to page through. Awards start at 7pm.

And that's not all! On Friday, come check out the last day of the First Annual MFAO Silent Art Auction. Two of the three pieces I submitted have already been bid on - come join in the fun of the bidding competitions. There's a lot of great art up for grabs at bargain prices. I took a quick walk around the room on Wednesday, and if you added up all the bids so far, we're already over $1000!

USF 33rd Annual Juried Student Exhibition

I was selected as one of 19 artists in the USF 33rd Annual Juried Student Exhibition, juried by Megan Voeller, freelance writer and new media enthusiast. Megan writes about art as visual art critic for Creative Loafing Tampa and teaches digital art at the University of Tampa. She is a graduate of Williams College (B.A., studio art) and the New School (M.A., media studies).

Come check out my illustrated manual for The System - it is my piece in the exhibit, and you'll be able to page through it, and learn all about this new approach to time travel!

The exhibit will be on view at the Centre Gallery March 23rd - April 3rd 2009.
